Product Overview

The power plant-specific en-masse chain conveyor is a high-load, high-temperature-resistant continuous conveying equipment designed for working conditions such as coal-fired power plants, biomass/waste-to-energy power plants. It is dedicated to the enclosed conveying of high-temperature bulk materials including front-furnace coal feeding, fly ash, furnace slag, and desulfurized gypsum. Adopting a heavy-duty scraper chain + wear-resistant liner design, it solves the problems of strong abrasiveness of power plant materials and large temperature fluctuations, significantly reducing the frequency of shutdown maintenance and ensuring the long-term stable operation of the power plant system. Its service life is extended by more than 4,000 hours compared with ordinary conveyors.
